Our Platform: The design layouts, underlying custom procedural audio code, canvas brush logic, graphics, and branding assets are the intellectual property of Learning Board and its creators. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our application's source code for commercial resale without explicit permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application to engage in any behavior that intends to disrupt the functionality of the website or bypass security features applied to the hosting domain.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Learning Board is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that your locally saved work will never be lost due to browser crashes, cache updates, device errors, or OS-level storage clearings. Use the built-in "Export PNG" option frequently to back up your critical drawings safely.
